The AARP Driver Safety Program is an 8-hour classroom refresher that can help you learn the effects of aging on driving and how you can adjust your driving. This class is 2 sessions, four hours each spanning over two days. Upon completion of this class you will receive a certificate, which will qualify you for a discount from your insurance company. Note: Under 21 must be accompanied by an adult. Only ages 55 years and up will receive discount on insurance. Instructor: Ed Ware; AARP
The old school house game of dodgeball is still a great time, even for adults. Teams will be created every week and we will play various games of dodgeball. If the minimum is not met by 7:15 then the program will be canceled for that night. So, don’t forget to bring all your friends.

Grab that old tackle box out of the garage and your fishing poles for free fishing! Join the York Center Park District as we offer you this free fishing opportunity every Saturday morning from 8am to 10am. All participants must follow the fishing rules of the Park District. All fisherman must have a Illinois Fishing Permit if they are fishing at any of our ponds.
In this Basic Dog Manners class, you will learn techniques for you and your pet. We learn house manners such as; sit, stay, down, come when called and walking nicely on a leash. Please bring dog treats, a flat collar, and 4’-6’ leash as we will use them for training. Please do not use chokers or prongs. This class is “kid friendly” and the entire family is welcome to come to the class, plus homework will be give for practicing at home! Dog must be 5 months or older, they are never too old to learn!

This is when aromatherapy can help get us through the day. Discover aromatherapy, and how to use the five senses to create a warm and loving environment.
