G-Force
Come on a top secret mission with member of G-Force, Darwin,
Juarez, and Blaster. We will even include YCPD’s own G-Force
member, Ethel to join us on our secret mission. For lunch we will
have hot dogs, chips, and juice.
Release some energy in this activity-filled class. We will play tball,
kickball, and parachute games in the gym, outside and at the
park. Lunch will be provided each week.
If your child loves learning how things work and doing different
experiments then this is the class for them. Each class we will
learn new experiments and make a new craft. Safety is always our
top concern. Please wear play clothes we may get messy.
If your child loves kicking the ball around, sign them up for this
class. They will learn how to dribble, pass, and shoot the ball.
Classes are designed to improve listening skills, enhance physical
development and learn about teamwork.
Come enjoy some time in the sun! Each week we will make a
beach craft, play games outside and have a picnic. Wear your
bathing suit because we may get wet!
Join us for an hour each week to listen to different fairy tales such
as, Cinderella, Beauty & the Beast, Little Red Riding Hood and
Peter Pan. We will make a craft that goes along with the fairy tale
like a wand and sword, and enjoy a snack.
Get your friends together and bring Barbie, Skipper and Ken to the
park district for a fun afternoon by the lake. We’ll have a cook out,
play games, and build sand castles. Best of all, we will play with
our Barbies.

lunch. In case of rain we will play games in the gym.
Bring in a pillowcase, t-shirt, socks, whatever you want as long as
it is white and tye-dye it to make it look beautiful. We will teach
the children how to make different patterns with tye dye. Please
wear play clothes we may get messy. We will also have lunch before
we start to tye-dye.
Get ready to hammer and paint! We will build our very own birdhouses
and decorate them with paint and markers for you to bring
home today. Make sure you wear play clothes because we will get
messy. We will also eat lunch before we start building.

them! We will build different things using different sized legos.

Well, if not this will be one of the exciting projects you will
enjoy at this special class. A girly girl also needs soft sparkly lips

decorated beach bags to carry all your creations around in all summer.

Parents are you looking for the perfect summertime class that doesn’t
include a weekly commitment for the entire summer? Your
daughter will love our four week taste of cheer and pom. Girls
with or without experience will have a great time learning a variety

This is one class you won’t want to miss! All participants will
have a great time learning basic Hawaiian words and dance. Each
girl will receive a traditional grass skirt and lei. The first fifteen
minutes of class will be used to add decorations to our awesome
skirts and the final forty five minutes will be reserved. Come inside

You are never too young to learn to play t-ball! Children
will be taught the basics of t-ball such as catching, hitting,
throwing and base running. Participants will learn batting
skills by hitting a rag ball off a tee. All children will receive
a t-shirt, but must provide their own mitt. Fee includes:
instruction, t-shirt and awards. An evening game will be
played followed by an awards presentation and picnic at the
end of the season. Each parent will supply a team snack
once during the season. A list will be handed out on the first
day. We try our best to accommodate roster and team
suggestions. Due to the number of children we cannot

Enjoy a summer of fun with friends at preschool camp. Children participate in a variety of developmentally appropriate activities including stories, music, arts and crafts, games and much more. Blues Busters Munchkins is designed to prepare your child for our Blues Busters Summer Camp. It is also a great way to get your child ready for preschool. Price includes art supplies, snack, t-shirt and instructors. Your child must be 3 years old by June 1, 2010 and they must be toilet trained. A one-time $10 family registration fee is required for those in Munchkins. If you have other children in Blues Buster or Teen Camp the one-time family registration fee is $25. Registration began March 3, 2009. Stop by the office to pick up a packet after May 7.
