How to register for a program or event from our website.
1. Print out our registration form.
2. Browse our website or brochure for programs.
3. Fill out the form with the programs you want to participate in.
4. Bring it in to our office and pay with cash, check or charge.
You can also mail-in your completed registration form with a check.
